Prices
Prices are per apartment per day based on an occupancy of 2 persons.
Minimum stay:
Low and shoulder season: 3 or 4 nights
High season: 5 nights
For short stays of up to 3 nights (low and shoulder season) and under 6 nights (high season), a surcharge of up to 15% applies.
For long stays (over 15 nights), a discount is granted.
Daily rate for additional persons: €25
Heating, water, gas, electricity, and all fees and taxes are included, with the exception of the local tourist tax (€2.00 per person per day from age 14). This tax is collected on site and forwarded to the municipality.
Any surcharges for pets brought along are charged separately.
The South Tyrol Guest Pass (Mobilcard) is included in the price, allowing free use of all public transportation in South Tyrol as well as selected regional cable cars. 
Payment
Payment can be made in cash for amounts under €4,999.00 or by bank transfer.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival:
Unless otherwise agreed, apartments are ready for check-in from 4:00 pm.
If you plan to arrive after 7:00 pm, please let us know in advance.
Departure:
Please vacate the apartment by 9:30 am.
The garden area and luggage storage are available to you for the entire day until your final departure.
Booking
To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price.
Cancellation Policy (Art. 1382 Italian Civil Code)
There is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
- Up to 90 days before arrival: free cancellation, the deposit will be refunded
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
- Up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 90% of the agreed total price
In the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the full amount for the entire booked stay is due.
Please inform us as early as possible if you are unable to start your holiday, so that we can try to find a fair solution for both parties. Thank you.

Holiday Cancellation Insurance
We recommend that you take out Red Rooster holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
